Our gingerbread is described as a delicious, lightly flavoured ginger biscuit that is enjoyed by people of all ages. The recipe has stayed the same over our 20 years of wholesale manufacturing, a Swiss recipe that has been passed down from one generation to another. All our biscuits are hand made and decorated.
