Posh Foods interpretation of this Classic Dish is one of their favourites. They cook their own Bolognese sauce from scratch using premium beef mince and they make the Béchamel Sauce from scratch.
Most lasagnes home made or commercially made has a significant portion of the lasagne being the pasta sheets. This is because it’s difficult to make a filling that holds up the shape of the lasagne. As they have perfected our filling for more than 15 years, they are able to use very minimal layers of lasagne sheets so they have a lot more filling than most other Lasagnes out there.

Very nice, I have been trying to find a nice one since we lost our lady at the IGA that made her own, this is the best one so far, I will be back for more.
