 Our Family sized quiche is a perfect size for a small family of 3 – 4 to enjoy. Simply pop it into a pre-heated oven at 160 Celsius for around 15 min. You have a beautiful gourmet dish ready to be served!  HINT: To check if quiche is heated in the centre observe that the centre of the quiche is flat and not sinking in-wards. This means the heat has fully penetrated the dish.
