Good old fashioned meat pie. A crisp pastry case, filled with minced beef, spices and a
dairy free, tomato-based gravy. Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and yeast
free. Safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies.
Ingredients: Pastry: Eggs, pastry margarine (vegetable oil, antioxidant (306) (from soy)), soy flour,
rice flour, tapioca starch, maize starch, water, potato starch, canola oil (contains
antioxidant (306) (from soy)), glucono-delta-lactone (575), sodium bicarbonate (500),
potassium bicarbonate (501), salt, xanthan gum (415), guar gum (412).
Filling: Minced lean beef (38%), water, chunky crush tomatoes, tomato paste, modified
tapioca starch, stock powder (yeast free), salt, pepper.

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at or below -18º C.
Shelf Life: Best before twelve months from date of manufacture. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at or below 4° C and consume within five days.
Preparation Instructions: Defrosting: Defrost in the refrigerator at 4° C for approximately 8 hours. Alternatively, use your microwave oven’s defrost function. Heating: Pre-heat your oven to 180° C, remove packaging and bake the pie in the centre of the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
